Office Support Administrator

We are looking for positive, motivated individuals to join our award winning team.

As an Office Support Administrator, you will be confident in using your initiative and thrive in working in a fast-paced environment. This is a varied role and you will work closely with our Claims and Customer Services teams to provide first-rate administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level back up support to 2 busy teams in accordance with company guidelines, agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requirements
  • Continuously demonstrate the company values and embody this through all work practices
  • Maintain knowledge of our products and services
  • Identify claims that may require further assessment
  • Input data into our in-house systems
  • Maintain digital and paper client claim files
  • Obtain relevant documentation for assessment of claims and log all claims on our in-house system
  • Obtain files and documents for both departments
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Act in a professional manner, whilst continuously delivering excellent customer service
  • General administration duties including filing, photocopying and scanning

Technical Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the proven ability to capture a clear logical summary of situations
  • Methodical with a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience of working within customer services or administrative roles
  • Multi-tasking abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Experience and capability of working toward deadlines
  • Approachable team player who is quick to adapt to changing priorities
