The successful candidates will have experience in providing Administrative and Customer Service support. You will be able to work well under pressure, be diplomatic, able to coordinate a variety of tasks to deadline, be reliable and trustworthy. Previous experience of working with confidential information is required.

Experience within the International Private Medical Insurance industry or similar is highly desirable although an insurance sales and/or account management background will be considered.

The successful candidates will have:

Computer literacy and experience in Microsoft Packages

Experience of working to tight deadlines

Attention to detail

Good communication skills

Experience in following set processes and procedures

The ability to adhere to customer service standards and service level agreements (SLAs)

Private Medical or International Private Medical experience (Desirable)
