As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, your role is to offer outstanding customer service and a seamless customer journey for our existing and new customers. This is a varied role working closely with our Finance and Claims teams to provide first-rate administrative support to our Customers.


  • First point of contact for our customers whether taking calls or responding to emails
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our customers, providing support before, during and after inception of their policy
  • Provide customers with product and service information, and explain features and benefits in a clear and transparent language
  • Create, issue and manage quotations and policy documents ensuring both are processed in accordance with company guidelines, agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAS) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requirements
  • Continuously demonstrate the company values and embody this through all work practices
  • Maintaining knowledge of our products and services
  • Resolve queries and questions effectively
  • Input data into our in-house systems
  • Maintain digital and paper files
  • Act in a professional and empathic manner
  • General administration with flexibility to perform other duties, as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the company

  • Experience of working within customer services or administrative roles
