Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for positive, motivated individuals to join our award-winning team.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your role is to offer a seamless customer journey for our existing and new clients. You will act as a liaison, provide product information and resolve any queries. This is a varied role and you will work closely with our Finance and Claims teams to provide first-rate administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for our clients whether taking inbound calls, responding to emails or using our Morgan Price chat service
  • Build and maintain relationships with our clients, providing support before, during and after inception of their policy
  • Provide customers with product and service information, and explain features and benefits in a clear and transparent language
  • Create, issue and manage quotations and policy documents ensuring both are processed in accordance with company guidelines, agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requirements
  • Continuously demonstrate the company values and embody this through all work practices
  • Maintain knowledge of our products and services
  • Resolve queries and questions effectively
  • Input data into our in-house systems
  • Maintain digital and paper files
  • Act in a professional and empathetic manner
  • General administration with flexibility to perform other duties, as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the company

Technical Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and the ability to deal with sensitive and highly confidential information appropriately
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Experience of working within customer services or administrative roles
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to listen to customer requirements and problem solve
  • Experience and capability of working toward deadlines
  • Determination to exceed customer expectations and work around obstacles to provide an efficient and effective service
